tangy vinaigrette dressing.
A simple dressing
allows the flavour of the veggies to shine and keeps the salad light and fresh.
A splash of vinegar and a bit of olive oil with salt & pepper.
Ingredients
2 Medium Size Tomato sliced
½ short cucumber
sliced
1 Lemon Squeezed
½ Red Onion
finely sliced
Method
Place slices of tomatoes cucumber and
red onions in atternate layers then drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
