Odisha is a state in eastern India. Odisha is known as the birthplace of temples. Filled with a very pleasant atmosphere. The world famous Jagannath Temple is located in Odisha, as well as the famous Sun Temple (Konark) and the Lingaraj Temple.

Chena Poda exact meaning burnt cheese. it is Orissa’s signature dessert. Wrapped in the leaves of the Sal tree and baked in a charcoal oven for many hours, the outer crust caramelizes and turns a delicious brown, while on the inside it remains soft and delicate.Chenna Poda originated in the town of Nayagarh(Odisha)-India. The most popular dessert in odisha and served all traditional festivals in india like Durga Puja and Diwali , also offered to Lord Jagganath in puri.


Chenna Poda, for example, is actually the showstopper dessert among Odia sweet dishes and has takers all over the world.
