Served for 6 Persons – Preparation Time – 20 Minutes

1 tbsp. Turmeric
4 tsp. Garam Masala
 1 tsp. Kashmir Red Chilly Powder
 6 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1 jalapeno, stemmed and chopped
4 pcs Tomatoes
1 kg. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1⁄2" cubes
 14 cup Yogurt.
Salt, to taste
 6 tbsp. unsalted Butter
 200 ml Oil
 1 tsp. Coriander Seeds
12 tsp. Cumin Seeds
 1 tbsp. Paprika
 2 small Onions, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
 Coriander leaves, for garnish
Marination

Take a bowel, put chicken, turmeric, garam masala, food color, garlic& ginger paste, jalapenos and tomato pure , yogurt mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Preparation

Heat cooking oil in saucepan over medium flame, add the remaining spices and onian paste, and marinated chicken cook for 6 minutes. Add tomatoes cook for 2 minutes. Stir in cream and 1 cup of water for boiling, reduce the flame then cooked 10 minutes stir in remaining masala and add salt to taste cook 10 minutes set aside , add coriander leafs for garnish.
